OCS Selection Report

This report tracks the customer's OCS selection for each visit to a service center during the select time frame.
- If a customer/vehicle visits multiple times during the reported timeframe, and makes a selection each time, all selections would be counted independently.
- The target PCT of OCS Selection on SSOC is 100%.
- If the percentage is less than 100%, customers were not asked for OCS at every Oil Change Visit.
- If the percentage is more than 100%, customers were asked for OCS at all Visits including non Oil Change Visits such as Top-Off, Inspection, and ancillary service only.

The report is intended to help you understand the OCS selection behavior in the service centers and to be able to use the report to counsel CSA’s on making sure they are having an OCS conversation with the customer.

This report looks at existing vehicles that had an oil change visit in the selected quarter and compares the OCS selection and day interval made on the previous visit to the actual OCS mileage and day interval. Vehicles are grouped based on the oil change category selected and their CRM segment -- On Schedule or Late

return.
