This report tracks the customer's OCS selection for each visit to a service center during the select time frame. If a customer/vehicle visits multiple times during the reported timeframe, and makes a selection each time, all selections would be counted independently.

The target PCT of OCS Selection on SSOC is 100%. If the percentage is less than 100%, customers were not asked for OCS at every Oil Change Visit. If the percentage is more than 100%, customers were asked for OCS at all Visits including non Oil Change Visits such as Top-Off, Inspection, ancillary service only.
